Weekly Menu & Shopping Plan

  1. Take 10-15 minutes each week to choose a menu from the recipes and food ideas in Cook—You Can Cook Fast, Healthy Meals For Your Family or use your families favourites. Write the menu ideas down on the Weekly Menu and Shopping Plan.

  2. Prepare a grocery list for shopping by looking through the ingredients list of the recipes. Check your pantry to see if you have any of these items on hand. Write the food items needed under the appropriate column on the Weekly Menu & Shopping Plan and this will make it very easy to grocery shop. The organized list will stop you from running back and forth across the store.

  3. Post the Weekly Menu & Shopping Plan in your kitchen and prepare your meals accordingly. Knowing what you will prepare each day and having all the ingredients on hand will allow you to delegate jobs and greatly relieve the stress of meal preparation.
